That is cool. I love recognizing my internal dialogue and then try to attempt to shut it off. Not an easy task.

Not very easy at all. I try to when I attempt meditating, but nope. Doesn't ever work.

I think thats fucked up, the voice that naturally "talks" in your head is YOUR voice or what you think you sound like. If you think of someone and talk like them in your head, thats very different, that is you creating things in your head not your internal voice.

u can shut the internal chatter in your brain off by good medidation techniques trust me at 1st u still might think but try not to put names to any sounds u here give it a chance and sooner or later it will stop.

i know someone who is self mute 20 years old never speaks by choice (hence the 'self' in self mute lol) its weird.

The weird thingt about this is, sometimes the convo will come up with the person that i sorta rehearsed it in my head with. It feels so weird to already have the answer before someone asks the question.

I should say something funny. What the hell..-blurts out a joke- Ah, that was good. People laughed. I really need to pee. Ugh okay well I'll just get up and casually walked to the potty. The potty? What the hell am I a five year old? No, I'm 6. Haha, I made a joke in my head..dear lord I need to up my meds. Hmm..When I close my eyes I feel like I'm flying. How cool is this? I'm gonna go pee before I pee my pants. That'd be pretty funny though. And awkward...

Whenever i talk when im high ill always think im talking really strange like underwater voice. Than when im done with the conversation ill always say to my self "oh they knew im fucked" even though i sound fine it so wierd.
