Can someone help with Farmers Almanac

My last question might have been a bit confusing.. so I'll just go easy this time =P

Can someone tell me when the Farmer's almanac says to plant in Northern Pennsylvania? Or provide me a link to one online that I can search by location for myself? :)

Also, how much sooner could a foot tall plant be put outside rather than one that's only say 4" tall? I'm thinking that my plants should be able to sustain light frosts by the time mid-april rolls around.

I heard someone say in Mass. which is about the same climate that the first week of May is what we are looking at.
