Do you think LSD will ever be legalized for personal use? If not personal use, medicinal use? I was just reading yet another article on the maginificent chemical and it got me wondering again....

Not in the US, maybe in other countries. Seems like I heard something about trial use in therapy, in Russia, of all places.

Sure it will be legalized some day!! It will take awhile probably, but it is only a matter of time.

Psychedelic drug, LSD-25, likely to be legalized in Russian medicine (http://english.pravda.ru/science/tech/19-07-2005/8593-lsd-0)

I hear that it might already be legal in Russia in as long as you only have what they specify as a "personal dose". In the article I read.. jeez I wish I could find it, but their personal doseage was something rediculously high like 1000 mics of LSD.. and as most of you know LSD becomes highly noticeable in doses of 75 mcgs and higher.. The average dose is something like 150 - 250 mcgs.

But I also read I think on Erowid that they still have legal psychological testing in Switzerland and I believe it's open to the public (probably controlled of course) to take their test and see if they can undergo the treatment..

Anyway, we'll probably NEVER see that in the US again... sadly I wasn't even close to being born.. let alone even thought of back in those days.

i seriously doubt that. maybe in some country that does not give a fuck like holland lol but not the us or uk.

many people have died from acid before, from doing stupid things like jumping of buildings, heart attacks.

there is no reason to legalise it definately not for personal use anyway.

Why would they legalise it for medicinal use how can it help you??

iT SEEms that a bill was attempted in 1996 to legalize LSD in washington for medical purposes :)

A 1996 poll of 400 Washington State voters found that 78 percent favored making marijuana legally available if prescribed by a doctor. But in November, voters overwhelmingly rejected Initiative 685, a bill that would have legalizedmarijuana, heroin and LSD for medical uses, as well as decriminalize non-violent drug offenses.

aND LOOk, another effort in Arizona!

In California, 56 percent of the voters approved of Proposition 215 which legalizes marijuana cultivation, possession and use for medical reasons, with no prescription required. In Arizona, 65 percent of the voters adopted Proposition 200 which goes even further, allowing doctors to prescribe marijuana, heroin, LSD and methamphetamines for critically ill patients if there is a scientific basis for the use of the drugs.

Shroomorcid you know the mayan calender I am impressed. Thats the begining of the fifth cycle of the sun. The mayan cal. goes in 3000 year cycles and 26000 year sun cycles. If you are interested I can go on.

I am... if you want to explain everything. It's kinda confusing right now, what does the mayan calendar have to do with drugs/plants becoming legal?

Thanks for the article Bedake. I read it but it was kind of hard for me to understand. I still don't know what this has to do with drugs being legal though. I don't really get yet why 2012 is such an important date.

It is when the earth will stop being harvested, the rainbows take over and growth is encouraged. It is believed that the the ancient knowledge which has been cover up will be reintroduced and the world will go back to organics seeing the future of what synthetics will bring, death. It is when the balance of the earth will be restored. Basically people say it will be the fall of the church. History repeats itself in cycles and that is what people project.
