Either post a problem you want someone to solve or post a political/world problem and the way that you would solve it. This isn't a debate, so if you disagree, just post your own solution without referencing the other one.

Here's one of my problems:

I have this one vertebrae in my upper back that hurts like hell. I injured it from falling on it many times 3 years ago in Aikido. The pain is inflamatory and X-rays show nothing wrong with the bone. Ideas on what's wrong with it? how to fix it?

Ugh, I already tried acupuncture. the first 3 times worked great, then it just started to feel more painfull each time. My last time I went in stoned and the whole thing was horrible, so I'm never going back.
