Cotton throat

Has anyone else ever got cotton mouth in their throat? It happend to me a few months back and it freaked me out, couldn't stop swallowing, I was so high I thought i was drowning. It sucked cock.

For me it feels sometimes like it goes back to around my tonsil area and it is hard to swollow, but all I do is drink water or something and it goes away for me. I dont think it has ever been like you said yours is like though thankfully.
