So this lady's case is going to be heard by federal court, saying that she needs cannabis to live, so it is a right to life issue. If she wins, which would probably happen in the Supreme court, then medical marijuana would be legal nationwide. So then if sick people have the right to use mj at their discretion, will they just have to decriminalize it? Because it would be impossible to regulate mj when people can use it legally, since it's not a prescription drug and is easily cultivated.
