how close

ok when growing under a light is it better to have the lightbulb as close as possible to the plant or further up like a foot or so up....how far?

as close as you can get it.... with out burning the plant....duh...

yes exactly...... but be carefull cause they tend to grow fast, keep a fan blowing towards the light to cool it off a bit
