help pee test

ok i may have a pee test within 3 days and i am hoping i will not have to go to a smokeshop to buy detox shit what is a solution that will work that i can buy at my local supermarket i heard vitmin c and gaterade but plz give me feedback i am not a heavy smoker i smoke around 2-3 times a week it usally takes me 2-3 weeks to finish an 1/4 so plz help me out .:( :( :(

you will also need to eat a bunch or red meat for the next couple days

Got to the testing section on this site and there is a thread that tells the right way to do this metod. It works very well when done right if it's a piss test.

Lots of water, cranberry juice, and vinegar, if you can stomach that. Avoid alcohol as it slows down the cleansing process.

Theres a "Drug Testing" section specifically for this type of question. Why post it in "Recreational"? This category is for stupid questions like "Man, I was so high last nite, and then..."

but I actually can answer the question.....I smoke everyday and for the last job I got, I stayed clean from FRIDAY Night - Monday at around 3PM is when I took the test. I drank ALOT of water in between those 3 days, and right before the test I drank a bottle of those drinks to clear your toxins out. I am a big guy with a high tolerance so I went with the 50 dollar bottle, and it worked fine for me. Just take it 1 hour before, drink lots of water, pee once or twice, and your good to go. :thumbsup:
