I was smoking for a few months and I decided to quit to see how long I could go. When I came back my tolerance was really low (3 bong hits fucked me up!) and the smoke felt really harsh and if my tolerance wasn't so low it probably would have ruined all my sessions. Is this a figment of my imagination or did my lungs get weaker. If so will they get stronger again?

Well as far as smoking and your lungs go, I really cannot tell a difference from when I smoke and then stop for awhile. I run a hell of a lot for soccer, and still manage to smoke. My lungs don't hurt at all, and I still can improve like I wasn't smoking. My tolerance, on the other hand, disipates quickly when I don't smoke for a few days.

Thats probably it. I quit smoking cigs recently and that must have been why I was used to harsh smoke and now that I haven't smoked a cig since Christmas Eve my lungs aren't used to harsh smoke.

I quit smoking cigs and noticed the pain that I occasionally got wen't away for good. I'm a daily pot smoker and my lungs feel great.
