Got a job that I hate, don't want to worry about it all night.

645mg of DXM and 10mg of valium down the hatch.

Might try and let you know how it's going.

First stop: addiction. No offense, but you shouldn't be so weak willed as to allow a substance to rescue you from your problems. It's irresponsible and will get you into some very heavy, unwanted shit.

I agree entirely with Bedake! Meditation is one of the most amazing experiences i've gotten into. I went into it thinking "great, a bunch of buddhists chanting with their eyes closed!" (no offense intended).... but meditation is so much more then that. You don't have to be religious at all to enjoy it, i'm not. Although it's opened me up to a lot of questions about life and spirituality! Sorry that was a rant... ummm St. John's Wort can help you with anxiety and stress, but i don't think that's the solution you seem to be going for....
