View Full Version : just bought a Greenhouse! =)

hey guys. im so excited for the summer. i got some extra cash and thought id put it into a nice greenhouse. ill prolly only have about 2 or 3 ganj plants in there because im into gardening and ill end up filling it with other exotic plants i can find...im sure ill get some nice yeilds though. heres the link to the exact one i bought. should be here within a few days. http://www.poly-tex.com/pages/greenhouses/eurostyle6x8/eurostyle6x8.html

anyone have any tips...this will be my first greenhouse grow

btw, is any1 into bonzai trees? its one of my new hobbies and id love to make a nice little display in my greenhouse but im not sure if bonzais are meant for an enviornment like that.

you could always mess about with a clone and keep it small and bent down my m8 is trying something like that but is not bothered if it dies cause its his lil experimental play plant lol

im not really sure how to clone though. i remember hearing how you cut the branches with the bud on it with at an angle, dip it in root stimulator or something, and then just poke it into some potting soil and your set. can somebody shed some light on that for me? if thats all it really takes and i get small little plants with high yeilds then ill deff do that.

Its simple as u said above, but it is better to use a none budding plant, that way it can recover and grow faster. Also if you put some kind of clear dome over the cutting it will help keep up the humidity, i use the bottom off pop bottles.
I think buster may have been talking about me, i will have 2 try and take some pics 4 u.

A thought for you...
put an exhaust fan at one end of the HOUSE. have it go on for 5 minutes every 20-30 minutes...

ye bro i cant wait, ill deff get some pics once i get it started. how am i going to put a fan in? the panels are so big....how will i find a fan that big to replace the panel? is there any other way to install an exhaust fan?
