moldy weed?

what does moldy weed look like and is it safe to eat/smoke? i just bought an ounce and i'm using a lot of it to make brownies, most of it looks fine, but theres this one nug that has this cottony/spiderwebby white stuff in it and like when i pull it apart the white stuff stretchs and tears a bit and its full of/covered in little black things, and those little black things are mixed in w/ a lot of it? is this moldy? is it ok? thanks

I dont know what you have but I have heard that moldy weed does have some white to it, the black stuff...I have no idea. You should try posting pictures.

hey man moldy weed is no good you need to get your money back if at all possible! inhaling mold spores on weed or anything else is very unhealthy! any weed wtih mold on it need to be throw away! actually all the weed should be cause it can all have spores on it but i doubt you would do that, so atleat remove any weed that looks like it has mold on it and air out the weed you have let let it dry up real good!

Going on a tip from a friend on putting in some orange peels with my weed, I think i used pieces that are too big for the somewhat small containers i have my weed in. after leaving the peel in there for just like half an hour the shit felt downright damp. ive been checking my shit for mold often since then but have not found any.

I guess, does it look kinda like the mold you would find on cheese or what? Sure sounds like mold from the discription but ive never personally seen what weed mold looks like.

yeah dude that sounds like mold to me one time me and my buddy bought an eighth off this lil bitch and it looked just like that just mostly black and really damp but the way you dont want weed to look. well we fucked him up =D and never bought shit from him again. I didnt try to smoke it but iono what happens i read somewhere that if you smoke it you get hella sick or die or something. The only way to find out is to smoke it =D

that happend to me once.the buds looked nice on the outside but when you broke them upit had this stuff that looked like what your describing.so i guess it was mold?what causes that?

ive heard smoking moldy weed can be really unhealthy/fatal, but i don't know that for sure.

sound like your dealer had a spidermite problem he shouldent of sold it to ya really keep an eye out for it next time ya score
