Insomnia Due To Cannabis

If you flipped that all around you'd get me.
I can't sleep with out it.But I suffer from severe insomnia so...I'm wondering if the strain you smoke makes any difference for you?
Have you tested yourself for how you react to sativa and indica?
Normally indica would knock you right out.It does for me.
Now I have had those sativa strains that make your brain feel like it wont stop...like your laying in bed and you can't stop thinking and picturing shit in your mind.But thats pretty much how I feel anyway...so I have my day time smoke(ussually sativa ) and my night time smoke(indica).
It is possible that your insomnia is not related to cannabis at all.And your simply becoming an insomniac like me. I wish I could help you out more.Other then telling you to grow some strong indica,I don't know what else to say.

i have never nown if im smoking sativa or indica.. when iever i stop smoking weed for awhile after a few weeks.. il start sleeping again... :(

Hello Tom :) , well from what I've had people tell me over the years yes regular use of cannabis will effect sleeping.
I've had people tell me that they find great difficulty getting a proper nights sleep unless they have a smoke.

As for me I smoke about two or three times a week and I usually like a few glasses of vodka with a smoke but I still sleep the same amount of hours with or without a smoke, on average about five hours is my usual.

same here ...never lost sleep from not smoking or smoking , but have lost many hours of sleep worring about my 4 ladies in my hot box...

I have the same problem I cant go to sleep untill the high wears off, thats why I would never smoke to late cause I would be up all night:(

If i dont smoke for a couple days it takes me like 45min to fall asleep, but when i smoke right before i sleep, i wake up feeling like i didnt even sleep, it sucks!

thats wierd if i blaze enuff to get proper fucked off my face i usally have no probs sleeping but as to getting sleep without it i have no probs at all
what i used to do is sometimes i would stay up for 2 days solid smoking my ass off at the same time ,ya can feel ya self getting a bit tired but i fight it and blaze some more and by the time i got to bed the next night i would be out like a light i would then make a spliff befour i went to bed and set my alarm for 7 next morning wake up smoke that lil fucker and sleep in till about 2 in the afternoon
and you know what them sleeps were the best sleeps i have eva had

I dont smoke if I want to sleep. I have to much fun and am to focused on getting things done after smoking. I am with you Tom
