As far as how much will they grow, the hairs will turn orange, then a new growth of white hairs will come out. Once most of these have turned the plants should be cut and new clones put into bud. Flush them if you are using over 100ppm of added ions and hang them in a cool dark place to dry with a fan on them. You can cure them but I dont think they will last that long.

Cut them with your teeth if you got to.
Drying time depends on the conditions they are hung in.
Cut, hang, smoke. Look up curing man
Are you serious?

karma: If you're not gonna help this guy out, why even post?
Drugs: Don't worry about that ape, I was also intimidated by the harvesting/drying/curing process when I first started, but its pretty easy. It's actually very important, as an improper dry/cure will reduce THC content and make harsh smoke. Here is a guide that will teach you everything you need to know. Enjoy!

The methods at the bottom of that guide are fast drying techniques and should ONLY be used on a couple buds if you are too impatient to wait for the proper dry.

i used a dehumidifyer in my box to help with the drying. if i can remember the humidity was 23-25% and the temp was 70-75 degrees for 4 days.
