safe to add nutes?

one of my plants is comin up on its 4th node. is it safe to add nutes?? is this the node where it shows what kind of plant it is??

no you haveto wate till floweringto see what teh sex is ya id say i wated a little to long to add nutes but i gotem now ya add nutes and id say wate another week or 2 befor flowering
