Yo the Duderino here,
One cool thing to do is: First keep your water-pipe in the freezer. Have small ice-cubes ready to put inside the water-pipe, and have some red wine chilling in the fridge.
Fill your water-pipe with the small ice cubes, then fill it with red wine, preferably a merlot. Since everything will be chilled, you'll have a cold pipe for at least an hour. By smoking this, you'll actually taste the red wine instead of the smoke. Quite an interesting thing I must admit.
Another cool thing to do: With a water-pipe prepared, whether with water or wine - water works better with this one, take a deep breath while stretching on your tip toes. Then let out your air, slowly, while moving your body closer to the ground. Once you are without air, wait for as long as you can before taking a breath in. Then when you must breathe, smoke the pipe. Stand up and try to touch the ceiling, by stretching again, and hold your breath for as long as you can. Oh - forgot - be near a bed.
Then as you let your smoke out, let your body fall back on the bed. This is similar to an elevator hit, but it'll make you feel light-headed and give you a hit that you'll never forget ;).
Also by doing this you'll end up smoking less since you'll feel it sooner, therefore saving more good stuff :). A good way to econimize while enjoying the sweetness of good stuff :D.
