all those are great, along with beatles, rolling stones, fleetwood mac, jane's addiction, and all that but probably the one album that has been played the most over the years at my home is blue oyster cult's "tyranny & mutations"...2nd would probably be hendrix' electric ladyland.

Dark Side of the Moon- Some albums are a collection of good songs. This is something more. It's meant to be listened to as an "album", not just a song here or there.
Beatles- Abby Road is good too.

Damn good album. :D ;)
It depends on my mood but I guess simply for the fact that the story is brilliant, the music is amazing and spawned a couple of unexpected hits, and also because the late great Richard Burton's dulcet tones just fit the feel of it so well.
I choose War of the Worlds by Jeff Wayne.
Ask me tomorrow it will be different again. :o

They're good. But I think Origin of Symmetry definately stands above the rest thus far...
And Tool, Lateralus.
And for fun, let's just say, Dub Side of the Moon.

I think Darkside of the Moon is overrated, still a great album though.
I'd have to say Wish You Were Here or Divsion Bell by Pink Floyd. Although depending on my mood No World Order by Gamma Ray is right up there.
