I find havey foods such as burgers and bread kills my high. Stuff like ice cream and salad is pretty nice... But if you smoke enough then you can eat what ever and it wont bother you. But yeah, eating while stoned tastes like 100x better.

I don't get the munchies much anymore, but when i smoke a shit load i still get it. I usually get the munchies the worst when the high is starting to wear off so meh.

No, but I dont know why but when you listen to your favorite song ever when your high you cant help but get up and sing along and possibly dance. Try running around and shit and it'll get your blood pumping and sorta add on to the high.
