Hey Ron, just a little gripe this time, I promise :o
Anyway, it seems that a select few of our more... retarded... members have taken the time out of their oh so busy schedule to stop posting on cannabis.com, and start posting on a cop forum.
Most of the posts that they have made have been deleted, but Im a little worried that this may lead to increased police activity on these boards - and Im sure that none of us want that, however much we love and cherish those little plums that brighten up our day with tickets for speeding and jay-walking.

i agree too but what can we do about it? we can't lock up their keyboards or spank their little fingers from this end. the mods over there took care of them very quickly and at least one has been blocked. police have registered here and other sites in the past and i'm sure we have a few now but as long as the negative rhetoric is kept at a minimum from them or anyone coming in here i see no reason why we can't learn from each other. a few have even claimed to be closet tokers! it's just those 'freevibe' and d.a.r.e. types that get tossed as they are found...but that goes for anyone, not just cops. we do have some standards here...

Personally, I think both entities should keep their boards seperate. None of us going to their forums, none of them coming here. I think purposely starting something on a cop's forum just to start something is a stupid maneuver. The people from their forums will want to retaliate, as is understandable. I think the best way to get back at a cop is to post on here, as I'm sure they get just as pissed reading our posts as we do reading theirs. I'm not sure some of the members on this forum are wise enough to grasp that concept, or even agree with me, but that's why I'm upset about members from this board migrating to police forums for the purpose of ill will.

People from this forum posting on a cop forum is just plain stupid. I wouldn't even consider it. I also read in someone's post on another thread here that they read an article which states it is the cop's goal to shut down every single weed related internet site - so it is probably just a matter of time.

In light of the Overgrow situation, I have seen a number of people just disappear. No doubt they don't want to get caught.

And, while we are at it, everyone watch out for myth1184 on this forum. There are a few of us who are pretty sure that's a cop. Check his posts and decide for yourself.

yes, mr meister but what you probably don't realize is a webmaster can check the logs and see where you came from before entering the site...along with tracing back posters' info, if s/he wants to spend the time. the net is not anonymous for most users...

but i found the cop site interesting enough to bm it and i'll be lurking there often just to glean whatever info i can. keep your friends close and your ememies closer...up to a limit, of course.

yeah, i ran across a few posts from leap cops over there too and they were trying to be the voices of reason with their brothers, which was refreshing to see. but i wouldn't be surprised in the least to see a new thread over there laughing up all the commotion their site is causing here!

I think it is time to check out all the posts by myth1184 and have him banned. I know of at least 2 other people here besides myself that are convinced he is a cop. I'll leave the rest up to the mods.:thumbsup:

I was also reading a post in the activist section about Marc Emery, and someone (Raking my mind, im convined it was myth1184) just said:

Thats something i always found to be kinda odd about this site. There is way too much hostility sometimes, i don't understand how people manage to take things so personally and a lot of times its just useless unprovoked insults. I can't rap my head around it.

As for myth, i've expressed my oppinion about him in another thread.

But yes, police officers really suck hard ass most of the time. They really screwed me over, i know how the justice system works and it doesn't work at all. Lots of folks in prison who really don't deserve it.

But yeah, its kinda hard to maintain a calm relationship with em when they're pushin your buttons and i'm sure they feel the same way. The fact that they are above the law scares me though, it truly does. I can't stand the thought of being locked away again for things they force on me again. I can no longer trust em with anything.

If my house was being broken into i wouldn't call em. Not for nothing, it only leads to trouble. Just like posting on their forums. How open minded are they i wonder?
