Need info about bubblers

I've never used a bubbler before and I'm looking for opinions on them. Are they easy to use? Are they worth using? I'd like a small one (under 8 inches).
Right now I use a small glass pipe exclusively.

I think bubblers are the 2nd best way to smoke (the first being a bong of course)

but they are basically just handheld, more portable bongs. they are so great because the water filters the smoke and cools it down, so its a much smoother smoke than from just a pipe..

How convenient that I have some nice ones for sale, under 8 inches, for a fair price.

ive smoked out of one once, and they kill a bowl pretty damn fast but you don't need many hits because you can take gigantic ones without flinching. personally if you're looking to save money i would buy an acrylic minibong (theyre like 18 bucks and pretty nice) but if money's not a factor get a big tyedye sherlock bubbler so your friends can say something obvious well you hold it and you can respond by saying "elementary, my dear watson" and then take a puff :rasta:
