Ever light a bowl with a magnifing glass?

Recently me and my buddy's have been lighting our bowls with a magnifing glass. I have heard that it burns at a much lower temp so that not as much of the thc is just destroyed by the flame. I was wondering if anyone elce on here has tried this? If so does anyone have any tips? If you havent tried it i would indeed reccomend it.

i used a fat magnifing glass once it totly work and it make the bud taste difff the n if useing a lighter or match

ya, i tried it right after i read this thread. You gotta have good sun, there was alot of clouds in the way of the sun, but eventually moved out the way. Also its pretty hard focusing it on the weed, and takes long time to do altogether

Yeah, I've tried it. Nothing special really.

They have pipes in the headshops here where you can buy them with a mag. glass attached on the bowl.

i tried this once during the summer. didn't really like it, it's too much work.
