Germination/ 1st timer, needs some help !!!

What is the nute strength suppose to be with very new seedlings and for how long at that PPM? Also, I have a 125 watt compact flour. light, what distance should be safe from the top of these new guys. Thanx for your imput dudes !!!

5-20ppm of added ions. Including 1 to 2 ppm of thrive alive or superthrive

a drop or 2 of superthrive...or 1/2 tsp of Liquid karma..
or nothing...I have had good success with no nutes or 1/4-1/2 strength nutes...It is a matter of choice. Just do not over do it! Less is more with seedlings.
