will this affect my plants?

My plants are about 15 days old from germination, i have three of them, i have been on 18/6 until last night when my dad turned my lights off and they lost 11 HOURS of light!. Would this affect them alot?, if so in which way, i think they are too young to be able to start budding. I have heard that light cycle doesn't affect seedlings, but are they still seedlings?. I am using fluoros and the biggest plant is about 11cm or 4.5 inches. Could anyone help?:confused:
