Hes been busted in Canada several times, but nothing big. Now the US is fed up with Canada letting him use their postal service to ship illegal items into the US.

He is looking at a Minimum of 30 years in prison

I think America needs to learn to keep their noses in their own business. Why do they always have to come into other countries, and try to make it like their country? I hate it, it's ridiculas.

Not that I agree with it, but that's the law in America. Emery knew that, and he shipped here anyway. They're just enforcing the law, Emery was stupid if he thought he could get away with it forever.

Yup, Myth1184 is a stupid one. He is well aware of the threads on Marc Emery as he has posted on them, but he thinks posting another one will help get Emery extradicted.

If I sold bullets to an American and that American shot and killed another American, would the US Feds consider me an accomplice & arrest me for selling the bullets? I doubt it. Whether I or anyone else sells seeds is immaterial. It's what the buyer does with those seeds that matters.

What the DEA is trying to do to Marc Emery is self serving and designed to show the world that the USA might is right and we had all better follow the USA example. Who cares if Emery sold seeds to US citizens? The US citizens wanted them and got them, if not from Marc, then from the Netherlands or where ever. If Pot is illegal in USA, then bust the growers there and leave people in other countries alone.

GET THIS AMERICA AND THE USA ADMIN. IN PARTICULAR - STAY THE F*** OUT OF OTHER COUNTRY'S AFFAIRS. MIND YOUR OWN DAMN BUSINESS AND STOP BEING SO HYPOCRITICAL.

I don't want to see Emery get extradited. However I do hope this controversy will bring more attention to the ridiculous laws the US has against mj and that more of the facts will be brought to the attention of the average person.

I agree 100% that the US Gov Sticks it's nose where it doesn't belong, and that it's wrong.
But every time i read something like your post though i feel like i did something wrong... lol. instead of saying "America did this" or "the US did that" could you say the "US goverment did this"? I'm not trying to be an asshole. I just don't want to be held responsable for something my gov did that i dont agree with in the first place.

Good point. I always try to say "USA admin." But, I bet some people will say that any American who is apathetic to what the USA admin. is doing is guilty and responsible.:(

I don't mean to be self promoting or anything but on www.whosmokesherb.com there is a way you can help out. I get money for every click each day and ALL money goes to BC3. We have just finished donate/buying the first $420 worth of stuff from Cannibisculture and hope to donate a lot more.

By the way I can show anyone how to create their own page and run the same promotion... It takes a day at most to set it up and every click you get $.05

Don't forget to look at Marc's website too... they have a article from the Wasthington Post that just came out that's really good...

Oh ya,
Don't forget Michelle Rainey and Greg Williams face charges as well and we're only employees of Mr Emery. You can all get petitions and fill them out as well...

www.reneeboje.com is another case you should know about as well

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to insult the American people, but when I said that, yes, I meant the government. I'll be more clear next time.
