Negative Dilute Results

This really stinks. Now I have to re-test on Monday (It will be 25 days). I tested myself this afternoon (1 pm) with a take home kit and got a negative after having only consumed a cup of water and tea in the morning. I will test first thing in the AM as well. If it is negative with initial pee, I guess I'll get up monday, test myself drink a cup of water and take the test again. Cannot risk another dilute. An old boss recommended me for this position and I already put in notice and quite my current position becuase of time constaints.

My matabolism is very fast and I wasn't a heavy smoker, just a steady smoker. A joint can last me all week...

Does anyone know: as long as the preliminary comes up negative and I don't test positive for dilute again, will they still want to run it through the GM/MS (where it detects at 15 ng/ml) for pre-employment?

Boy, things have certainly changed in the past 10 years...

Just don't give the first few pisses of the day.
When you take the test use midstream piss.
(Piss a little then fill cup and finish up)

My first pee of the day tested negative ~ the line was a bit fainter, but they stress that is still a negative.

I found a press release on the lab doing the testing and it says they the machine they use only does the GM/MS to confirm positive results.

I won't give the first pee, but I'm scared to go in the late afternoon like I did the last time. I normally drink water all day and I just want this paranoid feeling to be gone. I'll get up pee, drink a cup of water and go with my tea in hand.

I think I'll be save...
