Well I was looking for a solution to my gap and as a surprise I ran across this "www.teethgap.com". I ordered some from this place like Monday and I just receieved them today. I read the document and they seem sorta shady keep claming things such as "IN NO EVENT SHALL TEETH GAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL, DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER"...Blah blah blah. This goes on and I gave my hopes up. I dont know if it's gonna work or not but shit I'm gonna give it a try. I'll let you guys know how it goes if there is some one out there just like me that doesnt trust sites like "faqfarm.com". I'll let you all know how they really work. When I first put them on I was like "fuck no, this is too much pressure". I figured it'd be the same way with braces so eventually like in 5 mins they are barely noticeable, I dont even know their own my teeth...ok I'm lying lol but it's minimum pressure. The band is at the top of my teeth so it's sorta in between the gums (sorta like floss). Made the tip of my gums white lol. I'm sure it's the pressure. Anyways all's good (so far).

Dude I'm not a rocket scientist or the like, but I would think if you do close the gap, another will appear on the other tooth...

Yeah I know I'm not concerned about that. But my gap isnt that big so the other sides wont be that effected. And even so I'm gonna put them around those teeth which after that the rest cant be seen unless I stretch my jaw skin out with my finger so it wont matter.

Well good news, it's already sorta closin up. I think I've been wearin them for 3 hours straight. My teeth are a little tender. I took them off at first because I felt my teeth were loose but that was only because I was messing with the bands that made them feel that way but when I move my teeth with my tounge they are still pretty firm and in place. This shit really works!

Well I'm giving them a break, it's obviously done something. Since they have to be sorta atleast near the gum lines it's a bit shocking taking them off at first but then later your gums start to lay back down on your teeth and they are still in the position the bands left them in. My gums are a little tender but it's better than spending all those dollars for braces..if you ask me.

I had a gap when I was younger, and used one of those tiny rubber bands they use for braces. I never asked anyone if it would work, I just did it, and guess what? It worked, lol!
I was like 11 years old. Go figure...

i geuss the bit about not taking liable action is incase come peoplke go over the top trying to go too close and end up chipping a tooth? so i sopose make sure to remember a little goes along way.

Right it only lasts for 2 to 3 days if you dont continue to wear them all. Thats why they send you atleast 3 months worth of bands instead of 2 to 3 days worth :P. Once the gap has been straight and takes it place you must keep wearing them so they stay that way. And it's the 2nd day. It's not all the way closed but my gap isnt crooked anymore. It's more straight and closer together than before. I expect it to be fully closed either next week or the week after that. Then the rest I will just wear to keep it up. I might order more when I run short on them just incase I need to wear them for just a little longer. And yes, in these past 2 days my teeth has been really uncomfortable with them but when I take a break it feels a bit better then I put them back on..advil doesnt work for the pain like some people says though :P.

Well everything is going well. On day 5 this is everytime I take the bands off yes my gap widens again but the space is less everytime so they are proving to work. My teeth and gums are a bit sore but not as sore when I first started, I think I'm getting used to it. Everythings going well just to let you guys know, these things might actually work .

Ok, since my good quality camera doesnt work I had to dig in my box and find this stupid Labtec webcam. The color and quality is not as good as my newer one so excuse it but you can clearly see it's having some effect on my teeth. It's getting better these things actually work, I also attached a picture of my before front teeth that for some reason (luckly for the before picture) I posted in a thread a while back so you can see these bands are really workin.

Well, the process is over (sort of), and the proof is here. They actually do work, it's been 6 weeks (7 after this week) with me wearing them and they work. Just recently they came completly together. One night some how one pair of these things just..like snapped and came off, I woke up and looked in the mirror and my teeth were still together and they had to be off for atleaset a few hours because they sure didnt fall off when I fell asleep so they actually work. I was surprised but now I realize that it would only be surprising that internet businesses selling these things to say that they fix crooked teeth, I only had a minor gap lol. So if anyone has a small problem like me and just wants to fix it I would recommend these things. Dont get discouraged if you do decide to buy them the first few days. They do bother you a bit and you'll have to break your food up because your teeth will be a bit sensitive but after a while that goes away. And yes you do have to wear them as if they were braces (every day, all day) and as soon as you take one pair off you'll have to put another one on but in the end the results are satisfying :).
