actually I heard somewhere that if you quit cold turkey for 3 days, no cheating, you automatically lose all cravings and everything, and its not even relavant anymore
I tried quitting so many times, I just lost the care to quit

I smoke when I wake up,
and I smoke before I bed.
I smoke all through the day.
I bet Iâ??ll smoke until Iâ??m dead.
My son he says to quit,
but my doc she says no way.
Anti depressant properties,
they turn my nights to day.
I love my little cigarettes.
Yes, I love them very much.
I take them with me everywhere.
I suppose theyâ??re called a crutch.
But cancer is a major risk,
and heart disease is too.
Still I need my little cigarettes,
so what am I to do?
Good for you Mr. God!
I'll never quit!!!!

Good job. I'm not a smoker, but I know for damn sure it's hard to quit.. my parents both smoke.. they say it's impossible. lol
Just don't go having a weak moment and decide to light one up..

Took me more than 3 months to have one day without a craving...
Hey Zep,I smoked for 35 years, even had a heart attack and still smoked... I was at 3 packs a day when I went cold turkey "the only way to quit IMO" ,it was a fricken nightmare, but I did it... I def thought like your parents that I would never be able to quit, but it is 1 1/2 years now without
Whats better than not smoking is I haven't cleaned my curtains or changed my shades since, the windshield in my truck is clean too, that is proof that second hand smoke is a real thing eh??
