especially with an older bong that hasn't been cleaned in a long time or ever, when you take a hit without any weed in the bowl (maybe to see if there's enough or not enough water in the bulb before u start smokin) it tastes, smells, and feels disgusting, and all u want to do is get that nasty rotten air out of your system

but then u take a bong hit filled with smoke and it feels clean and pure, even though you're still takin in that nasty air when u clear it?

never thought of it that way, I guess. Yeah, unclean bongs smell terrible after a while. Probably worse than anything I've recently smelled

I've noticed it. I dont mind... I wash mine after everytime I use it :/

Always tastes amazing when your smoking out of it tho :D
