Tobacco substitute

I've given up smoking cigs and am now a good while nicotine free! I've been trying out pipes and the like since, packed with just weed but find the best for me is to wrap it straight into a spliff.
Now this is nice when the buds fresh and still a bit sticky as it doesnt burn to fast but does keep going out. And when it's dried out a little it burns to fast!
What to do????
Can anyone recommend a nice nicotine free tobacco substitute? I've tried those horrible gin seng cigs but there rank and smell horrible and are also very dry. I'd like something like a nice rolling tobacco but without the nic......:dance:

I dont think theres a substitute for baccy but you can do it like the Jamacans do and use only a very small ammount of tabacco.

or you can use amercian spirit shits but im not sure if they have nicotine in em or not.
