Looking nice and healthy.

One thing about the moisture meters is that you might have dry pockets throughout the soil but you won't know unless you check various spots.

After a while you'll know when to water without having to use one.

I think its the camera's fault. All 3 look green in the second pic.

its just how the light hits it. by the time the buds are ready those leaves will probably be a deep blue.

yea! there a intense green. its just cus the aperture on the camera cant correct to a small enough setting.. to much light is hitting the lens.. There 100% Female, White Widow. under 200w florescent blue spectrum light.. there now just under a month old. There going under 2 200w red spectrum florescents for flowering.

they look small for almost a full month, kind of makes me happy though I thought most plants were alot taller at that point.

Do you have all plants effectively under the light? How high is the light from the plants?

Your topsoil looks dry. How often do you water? Do you let it dry out much?

It should be about twice as tall by now

the lights is very close to the plant.. i think.....cus the light is so close.. theres no need for the plant to stretch for the light hence why there growing bushy..??

i water sometimes every day.. but norm every other day..

Nope ...it's growing slow because your growing under floro's....the flowering period will take longer also...get an hps for flower!

i disagree, beleive fluoro's are perfect for veg, unless of course your runnin the big guns like a 1k MH thats hard to beat, unbeleivable grow rates.. But fluoro growth rates during veg arent far behind an MH in my knowledge or what ive seen, In the flower stage, HPS takes the cake, fluoro's just dont have the penetration, lights gunna hit the top canapy and thats it, BUT i have seen some real real nice bud grown with fluoro's so im sure its worth the wait.. and 2-200w? damn, i dont think you'll have any slow growth problems, I think they will shoot right up, i wouldnt worry about them being to short and bushy, once you switch to 12/12 they are gunna shoot up and stretch out quite a bit,if you can get an HPS for flowering id get it, if not, those lights should do just fine, GOODday all. stay safe.
