How stoned were you when you watched it? You need to be blazed out of your skull.

:rasta: it's about tripping your mind but the back of the movie says it's about a rock star slowly going insane

its one of my favorite films. Do you need help?
Basic Story:
Rock star is burnt out after a show, watches TV movie that reminds him of his childhood. He flashesback to his fathers death. He trips out and watches the firebombing of London from his youth. Then he becomes detached from his family, his wife cheats on him. Then he is in a bathroom before a show and having a hallucination that he is a leader of a hate group similar to the nazis who were attacking the jews, because he felt the jews got his father in to the war. Then the judge tells him to tear down the wall.
That a quick enough summary?

I've seriously tried to get into this movie, stoned and not. But I just start getting freaked out by it. Maybe its visually just too much for my brain to comprehend or I'm too high, but it really freaks me out.

thanks, that's better, but i cant see the connection between requiem for a dream and this movie. in the wall the whole time he seems to be hallucinating

Yeah it's an awsome film!!
Possibly one of my favorites...

What concept of the "wall" is an imaginary wall that be builds inside himself to isolate him from the reast of the world.....every bad experience in his life is another brick in the wall...

just to give you a bit more of an idea of what is going on....

but yeah awsome film!!!....I love Pink Floyd!!

how many times do you think you had to see the movie to finally understand it?
