I want to use soil that dosent have any crap in it (ie.miracle grow potting soil). I think scotts has some. But if I use this kind of soil i would have to add ferts right? What I need is some recomendations on what I should use to supplement the soil. This is the last area in which i need major help. So please help me out. Oh yeah id prefer it if I didnt have to order it through the net. Like is there any at like garden center, home depot, the hydroponics shop near me, that kind of stuff. And if it ends up having directions that say add whole pack to what not, could you help me out with how much I should add. Im almost at the point where I can finally sleep at night :p , lol.

Try a mixture of perlite, peat moss, and vermiculite. Some say a third of each will do while others recommend a higher level of peat moss for greater drainage. This is a soilless mix, so you will have to add ferts. Try a small amount of bat guano. Or, if you wanna go for the easy method, look for any soil that doesn't contain time-released capsules. These soils usually contain ferts that'll be able to feed your plants for three weeks.

And after 3 weeks? I need commonly available stuff. Simple yet effective.
