look thru these forums and you'll find your answer, many people dont have lots of money and still seem to grow just dont expect a big yield....

how much money do u plan to invest..... If you have a Walmart near your area I suggest you go their and buy like 2 or(depending on space and plants) 65w CFL Floodlights. their on sale for 11bucks each. thats the best cheapest way to go if you dont have money:dance: You just have to buy a power cord to connect the the lights together.

Plant it in good dirt,15 or more hours of light, water every other day and a light breeze of a fan and your on your way. Miracle grow works great, dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

[QUOTE=mobay] so Mand is the very sexy lady QUOTE]

Oh dear Mobay, I can't live up to that one love :o ....................... Inparticularlly tonight, I'm all flued up again, aches and pains all over :( . It's this horrible weather that causes it snow, rain, cold, wind.
Tell you what Mobay, I could really do with retiring to a warmer climiate ;)

Well if it's an indoor grow then the basic list is ............. somewhere to grow that is lightproof when flowering also even tempretured, compost, small and large pots/tubs, growlights, a timer, maybe a fan and a bit of plant food. Oh and some seeds ;)

Outside is easy, I like growing outdoors but for security I don't anymore :( .
You just germinate the seeds indoors about mid April, and transplant them outdoors in ethier tubs or a well prepaired growing patch early to mid May, and let nature do the rest ........................ depending on the strain harvest mid september to early October ;)

Mand olive leaf extract kills the flu. Ozark brand on ebay is the best. All organic too. Has the most complex calcium on the planet which kills viruses. I took 30ml and killed it in hours but you may want to start with a smaller dose if you never took it before. It kills all the viruses in your body and can make you tired. I have drank a 4oz bottle of it with no side effects but I have read reports. Hope you feel better. 140 proof with a 5.0 ph http://curezone.com/foods/oliveleaf.html

Flu and Colds
Results to date indicate that olive leaf extract may be a good weapon against the common cold and flu. Consider the following letter written to me in August of 1995 by a female patient suffering from persistent flu symptoms:

"I became ill with the flu in February and had several immune boosters, extra vitamins and three antibiotics. My fever was 102-103 every afternoon and this continued even after the antibiotics. I developed paralyzing chest and abdominal pain, being confined to the couch for weeks -- not able to hardly walk. My weight dropped to 84 pounds. Medical tests revealed nothing specifically wrong.

I started taking olive leaf extract on July 18. Within a few days my temperature started dropping and it is slowly and steadily going down, so that some days I haven't needed to take Tylenol to reduce it. The pain is subsiding gradually and my appetite and strength is returning."

At the time of her next medical examination, the woman's temperature had been normal for a week. She hadn't needed pain-killers for two weeks.

I received a striking testimony from an elementary school teacher with a history of asthma and vulnerability to colds and flu. She felt that olive leaf extract fortified her against the constant exposure to germs circulating throughout her classroom.

"I used to get sick all the time," she told me. "One school year I got strep throat eight times. If you sneezed at me, the chances are I would get sick. Not any more. When many kids in my class were coughing, sneezing, and blowing their noses before Christmas, I caught a slight cold and that's it."
