ok help out here so how many plants would it take like if i grew 4 and got caught by the cops would 4 be allowed as personal amount? so could i get away with 2 plants as personal and not go down for trafficking and producing

it aint ever set in stone, 4 plants should b personal but if u are actually selling alongside and they know then fuck knows, depends on circumstance and how the old bill feel on that day really dont it.

i reallly doubt jail time unless uve got a previous record or you're supplying big, recently some skag addict got caught with 52 9 bars of solid and didnt get jail time so
but u could def get fucked still no doubts

That guy would be safer inside after losing 52 9 bars. I think the amount of plants they take as personal depends on the circumstances. If they find say, a set of scales, lots of cash that you can't explain and baggies around everywhere then the punishment'll be more severe.

it also depends on ur history: do u have pervious? r u a scally? or a nice middle class boy? that shouldnt matter but it def does. 2 different blokes i knew, both got caught with similar amount of drugs (2 bars of hash, 30 ish pills) one who was nice middle class boy with no prior got off with a few hours comm service, the other with previous who came from rough estate got jail time, cant remember how much, it wasnt that long but it was certainly more than a few hours sweeping up leaves!
