Do you think Marc Emery will be sent to the United States and tried? yes, no?

I'm afraid that with the current leader of Canada, making Marijuana Criminal, and stepping up the enforcement, and standing ferm with the US in their "war on Drugs"...Marc is likely going to be Sent to the US, to serve his punsihment...as a model for those thinking they can escape "THE LAW" .

Which of course violates Peoples "freedom" to perform their religious service in the garden, and the will of God completed (Eden restored), in any kind of peace, health, or happiness!
$atan rules, because people are blinded by $$$!

This can all backfire on the DEA and I am sure Marc is smart enough to know this too. If he is extradicted and sent to USA Federal prison, whether he dies or not, he will become a martyr for the cause of legalization of marijuana.

I encourage everyone to give your full support to him and the cause in whatever manner we can. Overgrow the government.

Last time I checked, marijuana never killed anyone, but guns certainly did! Maybe thats why Canada has stricter guns laws then the US, although I do believe in the 2nd amendment to the fullest.

The US will be making a big mistake if Emery is indeed extradited. Expect MANY, and maybe violent protests in Vancouver and around Canada. If he's sent you know damn well I will be bitching too!! It will indeed backfire on the US because if there are riots and protests, Canada will be forced to legalize it.

Emery even said that he would rather see marijuana legalized than for him not to go to jail. Public opinion is definately better in Canada than the US on cannabis reform. If Canada does legalize, the US will probably enforce some type of border patrol there and more checks at the border to stop the "demon weed" from infesting ignorant American minds.

Damn Amerikan Nazis. Wow this picture reminds of Nazi Germany.

I dont like what you said about "infesting ignorant American minds" come on you dont have to be so rude to all us Americans...We are just pawns in this world of law/order.

Let Canada LEGALIZE,,,,U.S. is already doing those border checks & on to tunnels dug underground from livingroom houses in Canada to US...just like the Mexican border situation....

I hate this so called war on Drugs MAINLY its the WAR on Marijuana...never mind that METH is the worst thing to smoke, snort, inject than MARIJUANA will ever ever be....

Thank you Mother Earth  for letting your precious Herbs grow to make my Life a better place besides living on painkillers 24/7....:smokin:

Maybe not directly, but Justice Minister Irwin Cotler sure as hell does have direct input into the extradition. Don't tell us that the PM, Stephen Harper, won't tell Irwin Cotler, behind closed doors, what to do in this situation. And Irwin Cotler will pass on the instructions to whatever judge is hearing the matter. So, tell us again how the PM, Stephen Harper, has nothing to do with the extradiction of the BC3.

I'd also be willing to bet that myth1184 is not a Canadian and further this person is a cop. So, myth1184, PROVE me wrong.
