cannibutter?

So i followed the directions to make cannibutter from http://www.erowid.org/plants/cannabis/cannabis_recipe2.shtml
Has anybody else made it thiis way? what happend when you put yours in the fridge/freezer to cool? mine built a thick skin of butter, but the liquid was still ugly brown. i hope the batch of brownies worked out. havnt tested one yet.

the butter is going to be a pretty dirty color anyways mines usually green though

well it was kinda greenish, but does the water seem dirty as well when your finished?

I make it when I have enough to put in.Got back fronm the Dam with some isolators and bubble hash.Put about 3gs into 4 oz of butter.Mixed in and heated gently for about 20 to 30 mins.You'l always get the discolouration but worth it for the high.
