Making the ULTIMATE Tea Tomarrow

hey all, i got an ounce of salvia leaves, im going to make tea with it, but i also want to put poppy seeds and morning glory seeds in the tea.

what is the extraction or tea making method of

A) Poppy Seeds

and

B) Morning Glory Seeds

I think they both require soaking in cold water and straining a lot, maybe some lemon juice added to speed the absorption rate, that sounds like a fun tea, good luck.
