Will it be safe to travel by train with weed? I figure I won't be searched but do they ever have drug dogs around? And are those drug dogs trained to smell all drugs? What about coke?

Amtrac(k)? works in partenership with the DEA and profiles those they think might be carrying/smuggling drugs. They split the profits of any bust. This has been going on since 2000 that i know of and i only hear about it on NPR when i was in Manhattan and traveling back and forth from Manhattan to DC, or Manhattan to Boston. I stopped using Amtrack for that reason and started renting a car. Fuck them.

ive done it, you will be safe, but hide it good just incase you are searched if something happens on the train or whatever
