Lowryders should go from seed-harvest in around 8 weeks.
So the answers to your questions is:
1. They dont have a veg period nor do they require 12/12 light to flower they are recommended for 18/6 light for thier life. Lowryders also cant be cloned.
2. No need they only grow to a ft tall or less and depending how good you are your yield could be very low.

oh yeah & Bspectral they are some sound looking plants you go there. their so small!!! but cool. don't mean to be annoying, but was topping them worth it? & whats the smoke like off them?

You got to do the topping early,earlier than I did after showing sex. They will stretch out and up more if you top it early enough,,like just before it AF's or immediately after. The smoke was sweet,smooth and potent,only using flowerbat guano.

spectral got a few q's for ya, hope u dont mind answering them, do LR's smell rank like regular strains? or is it less? whats the best site to get LR x ak47 or LR x MK? what type of light did you use for your grow and what ballast? Also, when u dry/cure is it the same process as any other strain? and last but not least, what nutes (doses and type) size pot and what did you grow in? LxWxH air input output? (i.e: box room closet...)

i'd appreciate it cuz i need some fuckin weed and i'm sick of payin for shitty bud.

There are no stupid questions, forget those who say so...

1. Lowryder does not have an actual veg cycle. It will grow for aprox. 21 days before showing signs of sex.

2. Topping a LR can reduce your overall yield if it is not done correctly. Because this plant only goes through a 60ish day life cycle it is hard to get it over the shock of being topped and then still have enough time to take advantage of the topping before it is ready to be pulled.

Instead of topping I would suggest trying out a LST (low stress training) technique.

Also, in my experience topping LR can cause enough stress for it to turn hermi on you. Not always, but for me more often than not.

Pothed - LR does not smell nearly as bad as most other strains. I would consider it a low odor plant. The only place I know to get those two strains mentioned would be drchronic.com. He is reliable and ships worldwide.

If you are looking for a 100% AFing strain (other than pure LR) than I would suggest Masterlow (the 100% AFing version of LR x MK), or Powerstout, both available from seedboutique.com, which also ships worldwide.

yeah i checked out that lr x mk one, looks good, i'm gonna order soon, also, anyone got pics of a computer case grow? cuz i got one, stripped totally on the inside and prepped for growing, what light would you prefer? would mylar be good? i know, "if you go cheap you grow cheap" but i'm a broke ass so it'll be fun, as for lighting, 18/6 would be good i presume?


Edit : i just searched drchronic. and i found AMTF (Alaskan Matanuska Thunderfuck) x Lowrider, but it says it's bigger than regular lowryder, does any1 know HOW much bigger it is than reg LR? thx in advance.

Giving a LRcross sprout as much close,intense light as you can will help you raise a taller,thicker higher yielder than a reg. LR.But there is a chance that you may still find a short, low yielder pheno plant from the same beanstock.:smokin:
