So, sunday morning i woke up sick. Not terminally i just had flu. Headache was so bad i slept all day and didn't have a cigerette. This is my sixth day without now and i dont even feel i want one.

If you've gone that long, Id stick with it! I wish Id never started smoking fags, nasty lil thangs! Ive gone from 40 a day down to around 10. Yay for me!

My friends mom was smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day sometimes 3 1/2, since she was 16, and shes 49 now, and shes in the process of quitting, wearing patches, she went 3 weeks without a cigarette, but then messed up when she went to the step 2 patch, because it has half the nicotine.. she messed up big time smoking 5 -8 cigs a day.. but now her doctor told her to wear 2 step patches a day since she doesnt have any more step one's.. and now shes doing good again..

My girlfriend, her sister and her mum are all quitting with patches, well thats what they're telling each other but they're all smoking behind each others back which is pointless. They're all struggling WITH help and i'm just like "Me. A Cig, nah, i'm a NON-smoker".

Till i get my 1/8 in an hour or so that is.

But i almost feel as though i owe to myself to smoke, i mean i've spent thousands on cigs over the past six years so to give it up now will mean that money has been wasted. (JOKE)

Is it hard to quit smoking cig's when you toke every day? The first thing I do when I put my bowl down is light up a smoke... is there any hope for me?

I thank god he made the internet because before I try ANY I mean ANY drug weed, LSA, dxm whatever I look it up (BTW I cant find hardly any single forum alking bad about weed which is why it has always been so appealing to me). I search it on these forums, erowid, google. Threads like this make me happy to be well informed about the dangers of fags and the threat they pose to our children.

i smoked cigs 4 my 1st time, like 1 year ago. my friends brother handed me a fat ass joint, and said, this isnt very good weed, so you hafta hold in the hit for as long as you can. so i did, and 5 seconds later, i got really dizzy and freaked out. i thought it was laced weed, but i had no idea wtf with. then he told me its just tobacco.
i smoked cigs daily for like 3 days after, then i decided that tobacco sucks balls, and would much rather be high on weed. ever since i havnt touched a cig, so i guess i wus never addicted in the first place:)
i dont see the point to it, it just gets you dizzy, and kinda sick (for me).
weed is better
