does asprin really work

i have a test coming up on march 13, i have been clean now since feb 10 which tomorrow will make it 28 days, with the EXCEPTION of 5-6 hits off a bowl last wednsday.. i have been taking Detox7 and have been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice.. i took a home test monday and it said positive.. i am a little nervous about taking this test because i hear it can take 60 days to come out of your system. I was a very heavy smoker before feb 10.. and have smoked for many years..
anyone please give me some advise

the key is in asprin, my good man. Two hours before the test, take 4, and drink 64 oz of water an hour before. Pee 3 times, and you are golden. I smoked 4 months, took three days off, and peed clean. I did alot of research on this topic, and a few practicals. Happy Peeing. This will work on a dip test, that will have a cut off of 50ng. Most do, the other kind is very expen.
I have passed many drug tests this way, the type that they watch the piss come out
