Ok, so I'm a total newbie at the whole smoking thing. The extent of my smoking has been chippin in a little with someone else, and lettin them do all the work (de-seed, roll, or pack etc...).

But now that I'm older and well ... more financially stable, I've decided it's time I learn some shit ya know?

Basically tomorrow I'm buyin (a first ever) an oz. of mid for $120. I'm also a lazy smoker too, I'm talking I want no seeds, I just wanna pack a bowl (which we'll talk about later) and be on my way down the brick road.

So with that said, tomorrow I'll be buying my first "tobacco smoking pipe" But I'm pretty sure I'm gonna need some other shit, some friends have grinders and what not, so basically I'm just wanting to know what the hell I should get to make my experience stress free, and as easy as possible.

Skip the mids and buy a quarter of DRO for 120$$ You will get way more bang for your buck, and mids have seeds in it. I would also suggest you get a good 2ft bong. It gives a better high a uses less bud. Good luck.

Bongs will deff get you more high. If you're buying OZ and plan to use it for yourself, I would suggest buying a Keef/Pollen grinder. What a keef grinder does is collect all the crystals that your weed has. After a while of collecting the crytals you will have enough to pack a bowl with. And Keef will get you really really retarded high. I smoke keef once and I was just plain dumb. I would forgot what I was talking about mid-sentence and it felt like I was stuck to my chair.

I don't think I'm at the point where I want a bong. I plan on pretty much just hittin it by myself, with the occasional friend. But any friend I would smoke with already has bongs, and water pipes etc... etc... (plus I'm a BIG newbie at bongage.)

Grinders are alot quiker and breaking up the bud. Make sure whatever you buy is DRY. If its damp, and your dealer has sold it by weight then you have payed for water content. All you gotta do is get your weed, pack your pipe, light it and get high. Nothing to it.

I'm fairly new to weed too... just started buying my own shit for myself without pitching in with anyone about 6 months ago. And if you're just looking to smoke by yourself, with the occasional friend, you don't need anything more than your weed, a pipe, and a lighter. Grinders are cool, but weed breaks up just as easily with your fingers. Maybe not as good as a grinder, but it still works.

And some bags of mids will have seeds in them.. it's inevitable. But a couple are okay, in my opinion. This half ounce of KB I just bought... haven't found a seed yet. :rasta:

I agree with Amsterdam, if you can find some top quality weed it will be worth it. I pay $170 for a 1/2oz of stuff like white widow or blueberry and it is well worth the extra money. Not only do you need a lot less to get high but you tend to have a btter high as well. Don't think of it in terms of how much weed you get per the $. Think of it in terms of how much does it cost to get you high.
