Today sitting in 8th hour my asst principle walks in and says
"I need to see Alex Thompson"
We walk down to the main office i see a cop outside, walk inside see two "acquaintances" of mine in cuffs crying, and 3 more cops. In the next room i see my best friend gettin felt up by some 6'6 cop and i get sit in the next room. I sit down and a cop tells me i need to be searched for drugs...

And this is when things get ridiculous, He tells me to take off my shoes and socks turn my socks inside out, roll my pant legs up to mid calf, empty my pockets and turn them inside out, take of my shirt down to my undershirt, take of my belt and unzip my pants, he then proceds to fell me up and take my stuff apart. It was the most fucked up thing ever,

anyone ever been searched like this cause their "friends" ratted them out

no but this dumbass i used to have as a friend had this clear coffin type necklace i gave him and he put a fucking bud in it like an idiot and went through the school wearing it, got caught then snitched on my other friend cuz he got it from him..

Dude they most likely violated your privacy by an unwarranted search (I'm assuming it was unwarranted) if so they can get in alot of trouble and any thing they caught you with or suspect you of will be dropped. Unless you said yes to them searching you because that was your mistake. If they don't have a warrant you can ask for a warrant and if they don't have one don't let them search you. Did you get caught with anything? You could say the friends are lying and deny anything they accused you of. Violence won't solve anything just make you look like a dick and make the anger between you guys worse. What I would do is stop hanging out with them, ignore them, and tell your friends to avoid them for you as well. Pretty soon they'll feel like shit and will come back to you and then you can decide whether or not to hang around them. But I would definately not use any type of drug around them.

You all need to get together, and make up alibis for eachother - Jon was at my place, Adam and Eve were with me playing PS2 etc. When you get him, wear balaclavas or nick your mums tights to stick on yer head. Still you shouldn't gang up on them either. If you really feel the need to fight, which is a really stupid move and a waste of time, and strenght, don't gang up on them fight them one on one ganging up on someone is the most pussy thing to do. Fighting is really dumb in the first place but ganging up on someone will make the charges higher, make you look like more of a jackass then one on one will and no matter what they did they don't deserve it. I can speak from experience I was ganged up on by 3 high school kids in the 6th grade because I owed them 5 bucks they beat the fuck out of me and left me there. Needless to say I never payed them back and it didn't solve anything seeing as as soon as they left someone spotted me and one of the kids stayed and he ratted them out. All fighting would do is make you feel good which is what weed is for...

I believe that once ur in school the school takes over as the legal guirdian....or to say there the temporary parent while ur there. So that means they didnt need a search warrant to search him. If one of his friends said he had drugs thats enough probable cause to search him....they could base the cause on the chance of sellin w/e he had or just the drug being illegal anyway. The school searched him and there not gonna get in trouble for it. His friends are gay and i hope he didnt have anything on him....what did he get caught with?

The rule in school isn't "probable cause", it's "reasonable suspicion" (New Jersey v. TLO, 1984--good year for such a ruling, neh?). That means if it seems reasonable that you could have done it--not probable that you did do it-- they can search you. That means anything from "his friends said he did it" to "he looks sketchy" or "he smells like weed" will fly if you're in a school. By that argument, such a search would probably hold up in court.

That said, if you're being searched against your will, make sure you make that clear. Just say, "Officer, I do not consent to this search. I will not cause any trouble, but this search is against my will."

Anyway, your friends are the truest forms of assholes. As they say, "don't do the crime if you can't do the time." Your friends would do well to heed that. At least they got busted and you didn't; it looks like fate was on your side this time.

However, you shouldn't carry drugs with you in school. Given the lowered standards for searches, it's the worst possible place to do anything illegal.

when i got busted i told my mom i got the weed from school(i did'nt)so she went up there and got me in front of the principle and they tried to get me to say who i got the weed from.since there are more gangster mexicans than anyone else at my school i told them i got it from a mexican kid about 5'6 to 6 feet tall,wore dickies and had slicked back hair(half of my school fits that description)i told them i did'nt know his name or what his facial features were.:thumbsup:
