i powdered about 30 yopo beans and soaked them in a solution of vinegar and water (ph=5) over night the acidity breaks the dmt into a salt which is dissolved into the aqueous solution which is strained, simmered on a low heat for 2 hours, evaporated, powdered and smoked. should be enough for several doses

Nice. Dosent sound too hard at all. Where did you get the yopo beans? Not sure if ive ever seen them before.

they are yopo snuff/cebil seeds the botanical name is Anadenanthera colubrina, google it:thumbsup:

yea actually and bufotenin, i just took this into consideration.. the effects will vary somewhat from a pure DMT trip, but effects there will definitely be. anyway right now im left with a gram of orange powder/crystals that are waiting to be smoked :thumbsup: :) ill have some later and let you know how it went

they are a kindof rare ethnobotanical atleast in US which is why you must order online from sites that import from peru, the amazon etc

It's sounds like you know this already, but dosages are quite different, I'd start low and see what happens.

yeah please tell us where to find the exact directions, such as the ratios of liquids used in solution. yopo is not hard to get, so i am excited to see if this works.

what have you used to vaporize it/smoke it? I thought you needed a really hot flame held on it for a while?

this is mostly my own technique

several procedures were adapted from various extraction methods

most dmt extraction teks complicate the process by removing unnecesary fats and oils from the alkaloids in order to obtain a pure, freebase form

but that in itself is unnecesary

ive always used a methanol extraction for my salvia extracts, and my cannabis extracts at that. the resulting substance is a thick goo, which can be further dried and powedered for either snuff or smokeable/vape-able powder. either way i use a light bulb vaporizer and put just a pinch of the material in, and get great results

the only difference with dmt is that it has to be exposed toa certain acidity level to break down and mix with the liquid your soaking in (water with either vinegar or lime added to adjust the ph to 5) after a good 24-48 hour soak in the solution it's poured into a 10 pint pyrex baking pan and left to evaporate

and no i wouldn't smoke dmt or 5meo on a mushie trip, climax or not

you'll most probably fall into the dmt trance

which would be a total waste of mushrooms

though it would be interesting to know how they'd influence the trip

i tried a bit of it last night. i didnt want to get into anything heavy at the moment (saving for later) but just a tiny wisp of vapor was enough to produce a STRONG psychoactive effect

yea but no peeling and before you evaporate you have the filter out the junk/yopo residue.. the idea is to end up with nearly pure alkaloids

ok so i wanna get this right since i have about 2 ounces of yopo that i will never use cuz they taste so bad i cant get down more than a hit and i dont trip. so i bake them dont peel them soak them strain then evap.?

yep. toasting isnt neccesary for the extraction, though
