So, last time I smoked was two months ago (I always stop smoking for a couple months at a time, just because I eventually have to come down and get caught back up with real life). Since then I started a diet and started lifting. I want to be ripped (or at least tough) so I can kick a few kids asses and prepare for the hot college babes.
So, I'm going to smoke a whole gram this Friday when my parents go out of town (a gram is a ton for me, I'm going to be so fucked up). I know I'm going to get some crazy munchies, what should I eat...
So far, I'm grilling up some juicy medium-rare steaks.

Idk but I'm betting your not going to want to stop with thoughs steaks are you? You could turn it into a meal and cook a baked patato and a salid. Might as well do that and not eat a bunch of other stuff just go outside for a walk and enjoy your sroundings.

Why's this post stupid? It's a hell of a lot better than all the "can I snort the white powder I found under the kitchen sink?" threads that always come up.
Munchies seriously kill my diet and I have no willpower to resist when I'm high. I eat really well during the day and at dinner but after I get high in the evening I go right for the snacks. It sucks but those chips just taste sooo good.
My advice would be to plan what your going to eat ahead of time. Plan on something good and healthy but something that will also fill you up. tblueyes had a good idea with the potato and salad. What you want to avoid is just randomly eating whatever you find in the cupboard or fridge. You'll eat more and most likely it won't be as healthy.
Good luck and if worse comes to worse and you eat everything in sight, don't worry about it. One serious episode of the munchies isn't going to have a long term effect. Just don't do it every day.

This topic is kind of pointless, but oh well, I'm too stoned to care.
Anyways, eat a lot of fruit. I watch what I eat all the time just b/c I like eating healthy, and fruit honestly tastes so much better than any chips or snacks around. Other than that, just find some bread or something. And you might want to let those steaks cook a little longer. Medium-rare is a little unhealthy, plus you run a slight risk of getting some kind of bacteria infection.
Good luck though. It's all about willpower. You just have to tell yourself your not going to binge. Only a weak-minded person gives in to stuff like that.

my gym teacher brought up a good point about diets, once your on one, your on it for life if you want to maintain that body shape, cause once you reach your goal and start eating junk again your just going to get slowly fatter. thank god im an ectomorph.
eat a really big tasty meal to fill you up

Honestly, my best advice to you is to smoke all the time. Every day. I went from 170 lbs to 120 when I was trying to lose weight, over a span of about 3 months, because I smoked HELLA every damn day. You'd think that wouldn't work, but hear me out. I got the benefits of getting the munchies (food tastes sooo good), but smoking that much must have altered my metabolism or something because I just wasn't hungry. At all, like ever. Ever since then, I haven't really done the whole 'eating' thing often. I haven't toked in like 8 weeks, and I still usually don't eat until about 4 or 5 PM...I'm so glad I'm not chunky anymore :D Thank you marijuana! :thumbsup:

Why the hell would any guy want to go from 170lbs to scrawny 120lbs. Smoke weed, eat good food, work out, and you'll get just as big as somebody who doesn't smoke. Simple.

Yeah, honestly acid fa-reeeeeek, would you rather be a measly 120 lbs and look good, or be a healthy 170 and actually be heathy. You might have a minor case of anorexia? Ha, prolly not, but it's just not healthy to eat like one meal a day like that. My dad's been doing that for years, and his heart is starting to pay the price.

Not a stupid post, I've seen much worse. But then again I'm also really baked right now.. either way, food is good, so I had to respond!
But on to the topic.. salads, I have found, are reeeeealllly good when I'm stoned. Also, the little baby carrots and ranch dip are good too!
And like Fengzi said, plan what you're going to eat before you get stoned. Have it set out on the counter, or put it in the front of your fridge. That'll save you the trouble of scavenging though the fridge or pantry, possibly leading you to that bag of chips, cookies, or frozen pizza. Cause everytime I get stoned and I don't at least have an idea of what I'm going to eat, I always go for the most unhealthy foods ever. But then again, those are the best. :D

Well considering at my most recent check up my doctor said I'm one of the most healthy kids he's ever seen, I'm gonna go with I'd rather weigh 120 and look good. :D

Second of all just cause you smoke doesnt mean you have to run to your kitchen and start stuffing your face full of twinkies
Third If you really wanna get ripped a diet isnt good, start eating healthy, carbs protien fruits veggies and go get some 100% whey protien it works like a charm

I definately wouldn't call myself muscular by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm not skin and bones either. A little bit toned (enough to get compliments from my girl :D) but definately not muscular. Eh, what're ya gonna do? :)

I prefer to have my guys with a little meat on them, then just skin and bones and weak ass muscle. I like guys with a little belly, but NOT a gut. A six pack isn't required for me.. big arms, but no need to be ripped.
As for me... I would take the 170 lb. guy over the 120 ANY DAY of the week. :rasta:

Yeah man 5'11' and only 120... thats messed up you have to be skin and bones. I have a freind thats 6'4" and looks like skin and bones but still weighs like 150, sure he is taller but its you have 1.69 lb/in and he has 1.97 lb/in so you must be skin and bones. Lol, you have 6 or 7 inches on me but I still am like 50 lbs heaver.
If you really wanted to be heathy with your eatting habbit there you should eat your one meal at like lunch time so you have time to burn of thoughs calories before you go to bed.

5'11" and 120 isn't that bad. When I was in my early 20's I did a lot of hard core rock climbing, even some competitive, and was 5'11" and 128lbs. I was tested at 4% body fat. I could do 60 pull ups though and was pretty ripped. Not huge muscles but a lot of definition and strength for my size.
Now I'm 185lbs. That's what 24 years of smoking weed and having the muchies will do to you.:p

Me or acidfreak? Seriously though, I could do that many. Not now for damn sure but back then I could. Pretty typical for a rock climber though. Skinny with a strong back and forarms. Like I said, I did it competively. Plus 128lbs ain't that much to pull up.

Sure, I've got a bit of a spare tire now but I do work out 3-4 times a week and can bench, curl, etc. way more than I could when I was younger. I don't look so much fat as just big. I'd be pretty happy if I could just lose 10-15lbs. Would never want to go back to 128 though.

My metabolism cut out this year and I'm only 18... lifting would be a good idea but right now with not having enough money to pay for food I cant spend money to go lift. Its almost over yay... should have a pay check in a week and a steddy cash flow again.:D :dance:

Back to the topic, MJ does kill your diet, if you let it. Just like eating healthy, lifting weights, it takes will power. If you don't have will power to ignore food, you don't deserve a body fit for a greek god :)

Huh, I didn't know that. That's what I was told but it was just one of those caliper tests done by some random coach at the begining of a weight training class. I took his word for it but I wouldn't doubt there was a big margin for error. It wasn't exactly done scientifically by experts. I did have a doc tell me, however, that I needed to increase my body fat % because just by looking at me he could tell it was really low.

if your worried about eating too much, just buy a shitload of hard candies like jolly ranchers. They last for ages in your mouth, taste super good, and wont give you too much to worry about, weight wise. I think there are a hundred or so calories in a pack, and they take about an hour to eat. Of course, this is only useful if your a sweet tooth like myself. some people prefer non sugary things when they get the eats, so if thats your case, i dont know what to say other than willpower.

Its possible to be 4%, not really all that healthy but possible...
For wrestling we had too get tested I had 12% (6'1 163.7 to be exact), and our 103 pounder on our wrestling team had 4%, and this was done by a doctor for IHSA so they could regulate the weight loss so kids wouldnt be dropping 20 pounds when they only weighed like 140 in a season

Females usually have 3-5% more BF than males. This has to do with hormones, etc etc.
If 4% is REALLY low for a male, it's almost impossible for females.

I ended up stopping a few hits short of the whole gram. Call me a pansy, but by the time I got to the last bowl I was stoned retarded. Anyways, I ate the steaks, and then my friend (who can be an ass sometimes) offered me a chocolate popsicle and I ate it. Then we left and I was so stoned I went to Taco Bell for a grilled steak taco. Then I want to a friend's party and ate a chocolate something or other (god I was stoned) and some other shit. Wasn't too bad. I woke up 2 lbs lighter. No idea how.
