Ok, I'm not for sure if I have heart problems but I do have a bad case of anxiety. I'm a nervous wreck lol. But I dont care about that, my main concern is do you guys think drugs like shrooms or marijuana (even though I smoke it on the daily) should be done if someone has heart problems? I'm really worried because with the heart beating already doubling when ever I smoke I can only imagine it being worse (not the speed but just that plus the fear in a bad trip) and I might die from a heart attack lol. What do you guys think?

I think it would be very unlikely for you to actually die of a heart attack from mushrooms. It is very likely though that the mushrooms will exacerbate your anxiety and have genuinely believing you will die, especially at higher doses. Bad trips really are not fun and can seem to last a life time.

So...even though I sometimes have a burning heart or even though I can see the bottom half of my heart (noticabily) under my mammary gland and it hurts to breath too deeply sometimes...You would still recommend me to keep smokin and consider takin shrooms? Lol.

Mushrooms dont make your heart beat faster, They make your mind beat faster. If you think it's anxiety then i would suggest that you find a nice peaceful place to experience your shrooms. Some place safe and non confrontational. I like to do shrooms up in the mountians every now and then. The scenery, rivers, rock formations, etc etc, and the solitude make the trip fantastic. Whittle yourself a nice walking stick and hit the magical trail:dance:

It is. Thats why I hate being a beginner lol I wish I could have experienced this already. Weed effects doesnt bother me because I already experienced the worse and the best, the only thing that ever bothers me now is my heart prob's. But now I'm interested in Shrooms and I havent experienced the worse or the best so I dont know what to expect and it could be bad for my wee little heart :(.

Orange i think i know what your problem is. and ive had it myself its "Pluritic Pain" caused by smoking. the lungs are like a sponge in a baggie thats in another baggie. this second sac is filled with fluid normally and when u get pluritic pain caused by many things mainly smoking but also lupus, cancer, unknown causes, as well as misc things. the dryness causes the lungs to rub when you breathe in which is like sandpaper grinding together and it hurts to breathe in deeply. your best bet is take 600mg ibprofen every 4-6 hours as needed until the pain is gone just take 3x 200mg pills if u dont feel like going to the doctors, i aint a doctor so if it persists for longer then say 2-3 weeks taking ibprofen then go to the hospital and have it checked. Wish you the best of luck. Toker

Hey Orangeman,
I too suffer from Anxiety attacks and i'm a musician by trade. Some days are worse than others. On the days it get real bad i literally have to take deep breaths and force myself to go out the door. I find that once i am able to make it out the door(and that isnt always the case), that i calm down and things arent half as bad as my thought process has made them out to be. The mind can play horribe tricks on us and with help we can identify those tricks and confront them on our terms. Good luck, and if you arent quite ready for shrooms right now perhaps one day you will be. The shrooms arent going away. Take all the time you need to sort out what it is you need to sort out before taking your mind on an adventure. I believe that shrroms and other psychedelics can be useful if the time is right. The word for today is, Timing.
peace,
