what lights do i need for veg and buding , i already have 2 1000watt hps now.Is grouping together 4 150 watt bulbs better or what? Do you think 400watt fluresonts are good for seedling & veg any suggestions I grow soil/organic hydroponic(compost tea )first indoor grow im hoping for 30 single cola plants any strain suggestons

You need to pick the strain of skun according to your conditions, and your likes and dislikes. The 2 1000 watt HPS's will be fine for the whole grow, but maybe you sud invest on a MH for vegging.

MH for vegging work well, as do HPS

HPS are the best for budding.

Hps have more of a yellow spectrum which breaks down cloroplasts created with blue light and it speeds up flowering a bit. Once the plant has begun miosis the spectrum really is not needed but switching back to a MH is no big gain either when using proper tds and NPK ratios.

It's all about the flourescent Twists, my young padawans....Plenty of red and blue to sprout and grow...remember bigger does not always mean better
