Private Electric Companies?

I have a few questions

Are private electric companies actualy private? Is there any loophole that they can bust you with?

Would it be cheaper for me to run (8) 1000 watt HPS bulbs via a private electric company or through a diesal generator?

Anyone who has experience with hefty electric bills, what should I expect the monthly bill to be if I'm runing (8) 1000 watt HPS bulbs (my brother will be shutting off the water heater, and everything else electric except 1 single TV and 1 goerge forman grill)?

Also if anyone has links to suggested private electric companies please post them.

Alright I can tell you a little bit. I ran 2 1000 watts in bud on around a 12/12. You could do a 11/13 and get away with a bit of savings its up to you. My bud room was 22 feet long about and 9 feet wide for the area the plants took up. Single cola 12 inch high finished nugs, 8 gram average dry, 8 square inches per plant perpetual. There was enough room on one side to rotate the plants. They were tracked obviously. One HPS and one MH. The Hps had a umbrella hood and the MH had a regular hood. In veg I ran one 400 watt to veg under (hps) and one MH for the mothers at 400 watts (approx 30 mothers 2 feet). The cloning trays had about 480 watts of cool white flouro tubes. I only ran the water heater and the stereo as I dont watch tv. My bulbs around the house where 7 watt compact flouros to save electric a bit. I lived alone so I did not use that much hot water. When my pump broke I did not use any water for about three months and my bill was about the same. Good thing I had a pond and no gutters to collect rainwater to flush the toilets with and water the plants. Some days I would get With the watts I was using veg = 1280 24/7 and bud 2000 12/12 = 1000 not including fans and two tracks which lets call 50 watts worth. So thats on average using 2330 watts constant draw. I had a private electric company who loved me. I gave about 400 a month just for electric. If you think about it though a electric room heater for the winter is 1500 watts. Times two on full blast is 3000 constant. A/Cs in the summer use a bit to. Just throw some in the window (take them apart and seal them with weatherstriping first as they are not air tight and use a carbon filter to vent through or just do it for show when they check your meter). If you are going to be rockin put on a crock pot when they come to check the meter and fill it with garlic and any thing else that sticks or get some pigs. I had 36 cows as my back yard was huge and a rotweiler who did not help with the smell but was good company. I had no neighbors as with in a two min. drive so the smell was not an issue but when you pulled in my drive way it was no secret I grew on warm days with out my ozone running. I did not use it that much as I like the smell of headies scenting the property plus the cows helped. Pigs are the best though and you will get used to the smell after a couple hours. I am intranset right now but next house be damn sure I will have pigs. The lowest my bill ever was I think was 320 and the highest was like 480 or 5 something I did not pay that much attention to it. With 8000 watts your bro could have over 1000 sq feet of plants covering his floor. I had three bedrooms and at one time I was sleeping on the couch in the living room as the rooms were filled with plants. My dog had the other couch. I moved it down into the basement eventually and at one time had 1200 plants in the house. Man he is going to have a blast. I sent all day everday in the rooms so basically retire. To the pigs and rats on this site spying to you I got a big FU. And to your bro mad props man. Private electric companies dont usually ask for a social so just in case use a fake name. If they do need a social just give them a few hundred prepay and tell them you were born out of the country and are waiting still for a social. My mother was born in Italy and did not have a social till she was like 35. I ran soil and made a soil table to work on that was waist level, 16 inches deep, 4 feet wide and 7 feet long out of wood and foam. You will need to maximize when it comes to conserving time for sure. Man all I can say is trust no one not even other growers doing the same thing. Just be carefull man and welcome to my world. O ya get a po box or mailboxs ect. box for mail. I had a po box two states away near a apartment I had. Thats where my bills would trace me to. Everything regarding my house was in false names and untracable even if I got picked up transporting. Stay low and dont floss and you should be straight. The more money you got the faker people are to you so even if you are making doe just be smart. The less attention the better. When in doubt act poor to ward off the groupies.

I was reading your posts and you mention NH. Stay away from people like ED (50ish) and Cori Costello (24ish) from around Burke mountain and south burlington (Saint Micheals) they robbed the shit out of me and sent the state police after me so they did not have to pay me. The state police unfortunatly run some of the beasters for the people their state unfortunatly call the mob. Greed is out of hand. If you need a hand with anything drop me a line.:thumbsup:
