Best way to use my FOX FARM?? Couple other questions, too

Ok I've got Fox Farm Grow Big Liquid Plant Food (6-4-4) and Fox Farm Tiger Bloom (2-8-4). I don't have the bottles anymore and on their web site they dont explain how to apply. So if anyone knows how use them, or if you have your own way of applying these, please share some info. I would really appreciate it. Below is my potting mixture

50% peat moss
30% perlite
20% worm castings

I pretty much need to know how to use my Fox Farm stuff for the 2nd-5th week of vegging (thats how long i plan to veg AT MOST) and for the flowering cycle

P.S. I also have this Hi-Yield Agriculturual limestone. Some of you may not be familiar with this so here is what it says: *Neutralizes excess soil acidity *Improves soil bacterial action *Helps fertilizer work better *Improves physical properties of soil *Adds valuable Magnesium *Corrects one of the moss causing soil conditions - acidity. The directions it gives is apparently for bedded stuff and says to apply 4-5 lbs. per 100 sq. ft. of area to be treated. I dont necessarily plan to use this, but it seems like it could be helpful, so how could I use it for potted plants?

Fox Farm Big Bloom directions as assigned by manufacturer...

Foxfarm Big Bloom is a carefully selected blend of 100% organic fertilizers formulated to encourage strong, extra large flowers and sweeter fruit. (.01-.3-.7) Directions for use: Begin application when plants have reached their peak of vegetative growth and are starting to show first signs of flowering. We recommend a first feeding using 1/2 cup per gallon of water and follow with 4 Tbsp. per gallon every watering. Big Bloom can be applied with a no clog hose end sprayer, siphon mixer, or through drip irrigation. Always adjust fertilizer rates to plant responses. Every watering: use 4 Tbsp. per gal of water and saturate thoroughly. Moderate/heavy feeding: 1/2 cup per gal of water and water every 7-14 days. Foliar feeding: 2 Tbsp. per gal of water using a pump sprayer and apply to both sides of leaves. Early morning is best.

Foxfarm Grow Big Soil is a potent, fast acting, water soluble fertilizer formulated for use in soil. Grow Big Soil encourages vigorous vegetative growth. NPK ratio: (6-4-4). Directions for use: begin application within two weeks of sprouting or transplanting. Give plants a jump start with foliar feeding. When plants have reached their peak of vegetative growth and are starting to show first signs of flowering, switch to Fox Farm Big Bloom Liquid Plant Food. Use 2 teaspoons per gallon and with every watering. For moderate to heavy feeding, use 1-2 Tbsp. per gallon every 2-3 weeks. For foliar feeding, 2 teaspoons per gallon. Use a pump sprayer and apply to both sides of leaves. Early mornings are best. For a hose end sprayer, fill the sprayer with concentrate. Do not dilute. Follow manufacturer's instructions for recommended application rates.

Tiger Bloom is an ultra potent, fast acting, high phosphorous fertilizer (2-8-4) that also contains just the right amount of nitrogen for growth and vigor. It is formulated with a low pH to maintain stability in storage and keep micro nutrients available. Tiger Bloom can be used for both hydroponic and soil applications. When used as directed, Tiger Bloom encourages abundant fruit, flower, and multiple bud set. Use Tiger Bloom at the first signs of flowering through harvest.
