The house will be 3 years old this Sept. it is over 2000 Sq Ft. 5 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath. the floor is 8 inchs of cement with 3/4 iron pipe 6 In. apart by 48 ft 20ftx49ft in it for heating cole and it is broken and the water comes into the house had to buy a heatpump to heat. before they broke the heating to heat was $12.00 a mo. now it in the $175.00 to $225.00 a mo. the house cost me 75,000+ to bulid.
The attorney has it now. so we will see... they can take that new jet fighter some place elce to do there thing.

Wow 12 dollar a month to heat. I have alot of acres in the middle of nowhere where I would like to build a house but there is no chance of power lines nor would I want them. I want to run natural gas for electric and grow green house style to save on electric. I will heat them in the winter but I think it would be more bud for the money. Could you tell me about the set up for heating as any electric I could save would be excellent.
